Recently renovated,modern house. train station

Modern and clean, well appointed and a good size.

Location was good, it was clean and perfect for what we needed

There was no not water so we had to have cold showers

Clean fresh quiet residential locatiin

Communication was a bit last minute from the owner Didnt receive the key safe code so had to phone said was a problem with the e mail not going and did resolve quickly. But on departure day didnt send departure requests until the official check out time and we had already left. All in all a good stay and owner pleasant and helpful just needs to be a bit more organised with communication and not leave until the last minute. Some departure requests like turn the heating off (which we didnt switch on so didnt know where it is) could have been given on arrival.

Clean, quiet location - lovely bakery called Simmons 2 mins down the road for morning coffee and pastry’s ! . Nicely decorated and comfy beds ! The garden was really lovely too. The owner Samuel could not do enough for us ! Went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Would highly recommend this property for a short or long term stay :) Thankyou Bruno, Lucy and Reuben x

Good location

Wasn’t very clean. Bathroom and kitchen needed to be cleaned better. Sheets had stains. No hand soap in bathroom. Check-in instructions only given an hour before checking in. For the price we paid it wasn’t great.

Spotless modern beautiful

Great location- pub serving good food within walking distance, lovely bakery and shop also within walking distance. Less than a 5 minute walk to overground train station at Welham Green with direct links into London. House was very clean and had everything we needed for a short trip. Host was very helpful and responded to contact quickly. Even allowed us to check in an hour early.
