Ella Rock Mystery Guest

I didn't like anything as when I called on the day of my arrival, the hotel told me my booking was cancelled. I didn't cancel my booking at all and it was extremely unprofessional of them to cancel the booking without informing. I had to find a different accommodation with very short notice. I booked this hotel months before my travel to Sri Lanka and they did not bother or was not kind enough to contact me and let me know they did a double booking. I was about to get into a train and with poor reception in Sri Lanka it was difficult for me to find a place with such short notice. The hotel offered me to help find alternative accommodation however I did not trust them as they let me down. I would not recommend this place.

The location was perfect, close to good restaurants and cafes. Just the next door to Little Adams Peak and 20 min walk to Ella Bridge. We loved how peaceful place was and the view from balcony was amazing. Perfect to drink morning tea or coffee and relax before hiking.
