ROThe staff was very unhelpful and unresponsive. The only thing that they do was to bring a chipest knife and also some very poor forks. The kitchenware was missing and the ones that were there were very dirty and disgusting. The coffee machine was also very dirty, and uncleaned from the guest before us. The stove was also greasy and uncleaned. The sheets were very small for the bed from the living room, the pillows had red stains, like blood. The sink and mirror from the bathroom were broken and the mirror can fall every minute. This was very unsafe taking in consideration that I was there with 4 small kids.
