Westcliff Penthouse with Sea Views and Balcony

Great location and great space with good facilities.

Few minor things, but nothing that interfered with our stay.

The apartment was spacious, very clean, in a great location for the pier and promenade, (5 mins walk), well equipped, fantastic views from the roof-deck area, quiet location, dedicated parking space, close to numerous restaurants. Communal areas, e.g. stair areas, landings, lift, etc, were all well maintained and clean. Instructions with regard to access were clear and easy.

The wardrobe in the main bedroom was unstable as the fastening to the wall had become loose. As there was only 2 of us we were able to use the wardrobe in the other bedroom. Being a penthouse apartment with large areas of glass and exposed to the sun all day it would become very hot during the day even with the windows open and the blinds down. It would really benefit from air conditioning. The shower was slippery and could do with a shower mat.

Location was really good and loved the balcony. Also plenty of crockery etc.

The apartment is lovely. The management were very very helpful. Easy entry into the property.

Parking is not great. It was a squeeze in a very small busy car park. We had to³ report a couple of issues with the shower head broken in the bathroom and the sink in the en-suite was not draining. We were told these problems will be sorted, so anyone staying after us, this should not be an issue. We found some plates had been put away dirty. Just lazy people. Just an idea for management, the bathrooms, bedrooms and hall would benefit from hooks to hang coats, towels etc.

Great penthouse apartment, plenty of room,had a lift which was absolute bonus. Perfect location to walk to any restaurant ,shops and beach nearby. Beds huge and super comfy , balcony area a lovely little suntrap. Great clear instructions from host Guy, cant wait to return!!!

Excellent location just few minutes walk from the beach, spacious apartment with two big bedrooms and big beds, very family friendly.

Everything location is perfect choices of restaurants near to hand lovely pub on corner close to town and all amenities found it hard to get grandchildren to leave apartment as they loved it so much we will definitely return.
