we have booked for 3 persons but they gave only one blanket when asked they claimed that laundry guy was not available. tv was not working

Photos non conforme à la réalité. La chambre était sale, les draps sales. La chambre empestait le tabac froid. Bruit de la rue, bruit des clients d'à côté jusqu'à 3h du matin. Pas de wifi au 4eme étage. Personnel d'accueil de jour très désagréable.

Nothing, name was like a hotel but actually it was oyo room

No hygiene , no blankets, towels, even no one answered calls when location on maps was not traceable. Bfast was given after buying from street vendor. Very bad experience. We have to leave room same day despite having booking and payment done for 2 days
