I just liked the location but it is far from what it shows in their booking. Com website

1) they didn't provide toiletries and keep saying to wait till next morning 2) Old and small blanket 3) AC not working properly 4) Noise from other rooms overnight

"A pathetic hotel with most unhygienic conditions"

Firstly, the photo shown in app is wrong and the property location is very difficult to find. Secondly, a classic triple bed room was booked on app but only a double bed room was alloted. Also, the rooms were not clean and there are a lot of mosquitoes. No amenities are provided in the room. We even had to ask for bath towels and soaps. No blankets for the night are provided and the bed is in very poor condition. Overall a highly disappointing stay and I don't recommend anyone to choose this hotel under any circumstance.

"A frustrating and poorly managed stay that lacked even the most basic amenities"

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Basic toiletries such as soap were not provided, and even drinking water was unavailable. Despite paying for a room with breakfast included, nothing was offered. There is no dedicated parking, so I had to use paid public parking at my own expense. On top of that, the manager refused to arrange any staff to help with carrying luggage, citing unavailability. Overall, this experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
