"Spacious comfortable guest house"

Good location for Stoke-on-Trent and Hanley. Easy walk to station. Stayed on a Saturday night so free parking outside. Rest of week is resident’s parking only so not sure how that works. Plenty of shops, pubs etc. in walking distance. Stayed in the large family room. Lots of space, very clean. Very comfortable bed and large bathroom with excellent shower. Kitchen and lounge facilities available for cooking, food storage etc. would definitely stay again.
Keys are in a lock box. It is ridiculously positioned about 12 inches off the ground. Had to kneel on a wet pavement in the dark trying to light it up with my phone torch and open it one handed with the other hand. This needs to be relocated at a sensible height.

Very comfortable and clean family room on top floor. Huge bathroom and very clean. Good communication.
Could do with bed side lights for double bed, and kettle, coffee and mugs etc in room as long way down to kitchen from top floor.

exceptional cleanliness. Lovely big family room and bathroom. Really enjoyed the stay and host is lovely xx
Bed side lamps would be useful and a kettle/cups in the room. The kitchen was fabulous. However from the top floor it was a long way down to just make a cup of tea!
