The room was super cool with two floors and breathtaking mountain views from the balcony. The staff was also so accommodating and generous.

The location is a bit difficult to get to due to having to take the funicular up the mountain, but it was well worth it.

Best place ever! Everything that we were looking for, surrounded by nature and incredible landscapes! The best place to rest and enjoy the beautiful Dolomites. Delicious dinner and breakfast, wine and coffee .

Nothing!!!! The property location and getting there is very difficult and annoying. When one is on vacation you can’t control traffic or any last minute changes to keep in mind that you can not get to the stupid property after 4pm and then there is no way to get down to the shops or dinner in the town.

Most ridiculous and inconvenient location and time constraints.

The chalet is situated up the mountain in the pine woods. The views were absolutely incredible. The rooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The evening meal was delicious and Michael was an excellent host. Thank you.

Michael is an excellent host. The view is worth every penny. The breakfast is exceptional next to a cosy log fire. There is a superb sledge run just outside, which a lot of Ortisei use, because it is so good for the children.

Tea and coffee facilities in your room would be a lovely touch

Very nice room with view great view. The breakfast and dinner was included and a highlight of the day.
