It was a cute building, good location, quiet. Some very nice amenities.
It was overall clean. Clean sheets, clean bed, clean room clean conmon area, clean shower. But the men’s room was disgusting, and the main hall probably needs a little more attention to the vacuuming.

Location is definitely a big plus! It's literally 2 mins away from the main Echoland area which makes it convenient if you don't rent a car but still want to hangout a bit after a day of ski. The staff are nice, and altough at the beginning the bedroom was a bit cold, they brought us an extra heater for the night and it was perfect after that. Would come back for sure if when I'll be back in Hakuba!
The wifi was not 200% stable from our room, but it was decent enough as we were in the room more far away from the living room.

Good location in Echoland. Friendly staff
Common areas messy with garbage not being cleaned out. Dishes and cutlery etc were not cleaned regularly so unavailable.

Location: the hotel is right next to main street of Ecoland, 2 mins walking and you can get to downtown. Plenty of shuttle buses. Room condition: the room is always warm and clean. Staff: very lovely staff, friendly and willing to resolve things.
