Sparrow's Song Homestay

J'ai trouvé l'hôte particulièrement gentille et arrangeante. La maison est à proximité de beaucoup de choses. Je conseille tout de même un scooter ou un vélo pour les plus sportifs.

Un petit frigo dans la chambre aurait été au top. Mais que du positif pour cette expérience chez sparrow's homestay.

Phần cống thoát nước rút chậm. Thiếu sào đồ treo quần áo, và gương soi.

Nice place, comfy beds, great value for money

Was so clean, the pool was really nice, room was massive. The staff were all so nice and kind!!

We had a great stay. The host is friendly and gave us excellent tips. The room by the pool was also great.

the owner is super nice and cute, the room is clean and facilities are good too. it's said that we can check in at 2pm, we arrived at 5 am but she let us in and took very good care of us although she was sleeping, we really appreciated that. It's my first time to have been supplied free bottled waters, there's also free buffet for breakfast. everything was perfect. I will absolutely book hers again when I'm back to Ninh Binh, and recommend for me relatives too. Thank you so so so much for everything.

We had an amazing stay at Sparrows Song. We arrived earlier than expected from our sleeper bus and we were able to check in early (6am) for no extra fees! Our AC wasn’t working the first night and Ngoc gave us an extra fan and fixed it the next day for us! We also were able to rent bikes everyday to ride around the area. One night we also accidentally left a camera in a grab and Ngoc managed to sort out getting it back for us and dropped at the homestay! The breakfast is amazing, buffet style fruit and coffee then order your eggs how you want them cooked. Would recommend this homestay to everyone, it’s great and in such a good location too (walkable everywhere)

Чистый номер, большие кровати, новый хорошо работающий кондиционер. Нет телевизора и это большой плюс, общие места отдыха - кухня, бильярд, бассейн располагают к человеческому общению. Холодильник общий, чистый и большой. Завтрак с 07:30 идеален за такую цену. Большое количество фруктов (ананас 🍍, манго 🥭, маракуя, бананы 🍌, драгон фрукт разных цветов, арбуз 🍉 возможно еще что-то сезонное бывает 😁). Чай, кофе в пакетиках, сгущенное молоко, свежее молоко (сладковатое), вода. Блины, жаренный рис 🥞. Яйца 🥚 вареные жареные 🍳 омлет и тд (по заказу). Хорошее расположение. Рядом много ресторанов и кафе. В номере чайник, фен, зубные щётки 🪥 зубная паста 🪥 , шампунь 🧴 и гель 🧴 для душа. Посуда если нужна можно попросить. Большие олотенца с логотипом заведения. Можно арендовать велосипед 🚴‍♂️ или мотоцикл 🏍️ 🏍️. На стойке администрации владеют английским языком.Вся связь и вопросы через WhatsApp с администратором, удобно и на любом языке. Мсто душевное и располагает к общению, найдёте себе друзей♥️
