在2樓但沒有升降機

内装が綺麗で過ごしやすかった。 コーヒーや水などのサービスがあってありがたい。 その他、コップや電子レンジ、コンセントなどが充実していてありがたい。 シャワーの水圧が強くて良かった。

テレビの設置があったら満点だった。

駅のすぐ近くというのは有り難かったです 清潔、綺麗で居心地良かったです

WiFiのパスワードがわからず接続できませんでした 枕が柔らかすぎたので硬めのものもあると助かります

I had a truly wonderful stay at The Hakuba Station Room. The location is excellent — right near the station with beautiful mountain views — but what really made the experience special was the staff. When I accidentally lost one of my keys, the team went out of their way to help me. They were incredibly kind, patient, and even gave me a ride back to the ski area, which I genuinely didn’t expect. Later, when I realized I had left my headphones behind, they kindly arranged to have them shipped to me without hesitation. These gestures may seem small, but they meant a lot. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely caring — the kind of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hakuba. Thank you again for the kindness and excellent service.

The bed was a bit firmer than my personal preference, but that’s a minor detail compared to how helpful and kind the staff were throughout my stay.
