Very good location. The room is clean and new with good view of japan alps. The staff is very nice. The check-in and check-out procedures are so easy. Nothing complicate at all.

Stairs to carry suitcases up and down but staff helps me to carry up. He is so kind and helpful.

I loved the location, it was so convenient being above the station. The area surrounding is nice, as a solo traveler, it is nice to not feel like you’re staying in the middle of nowhere in a snow town. There is a grocery store and restaurants close by. The room is also very nice and has a fridge. Plus has a good view!!

Location is great. Being right at the Hakuba Station it is super easy to get to and it is a hub for all bus routes in the valley. The daily resort buses and the night loop bus all stop right outside. Plus the best coffee in Hakuba is right next door along with great restaurants super close by.

The pillows were not great, but that is a very very minor issue. I slept fine.
