Villa Redi Relaxing Spa

L' arredamento minimal, la pulizia e il fantastico giardino dove facevamo colazione ogni mattina con i prodotti offerti dalla struttura (croissant, marmellate, fette biscottate, succo di frutta, biscotti e capsule per l'espresso).Inoltre, nel giardino c'è il barbecue dove abbiamo fatto una bella grigliata!A poco distanza ci sono supermercati e centri commerciali.Lo staff molto disponibile. In una parola : fantastico!

For the first couple of days we were very happy with the accommodation and would agree with the previous reviews but after that things turned very bad.

Building work directly next to the ground floor villa started at 8:15 which involved digging up a path which was next to the master bedroom wall. The work continued until late afternoon. The drilling was non stop. We contacted the villa and never got a response. The work started again the next day (Saturday) just after 8am and continued until early afternoon. After contacting the property again, we were eventually given a responses to say there was nothing they could do. We were due to stay a week and although the property knew the work would continue throughout our whole stay (we spoke to the workers and told them), they were not prepared to give us a refund so we could go to alternative accommodation. We are a family of 4 with two young children and we couldn’t take it anymore so had to leave a day early, even more expense. 4 out of 7 days were impacted. We paid over £1000 to stay in a ‘relaxing’ and premium accommodation. We couldn’t use the facilities as we should have, it drove us all crazy. The noise was so loud we had to wait for gaps before we could speak and this went on all day. Whilst I appreciate that situations like this can happen, the property had enough notice to allow us to find alternative accommodation after complaining for the second time but instead told us that they couldn’t provide a refund and they were ‘grateful for our understanding and patience’. We had no choice but to stay. All they care about is keeping your money. Book at your own risk. If something goes wrong, you’ll be on your own. Booking.com are just as bad, they never replied to my complaint. After using them for years, we will never book with them again. Daylight robbery.

Bel appartement en rez de chaussée avec un petit jardin bien aménagé. S'agissant de la piscine, in ne faut pas compter faire des longueurs, mais elle est très agréable. A 15 minutes du centre

Bel emplacement avec toutes les commodités aux alentours. Villa propre neuve et agréable avec la piscine pour le plaisir de tous. Merci à vous pour ce beau moment de vacances 🥰

Nous avons tout apprécié simplement nous aurions aimé avec une table plus grande pour déjeuner en exterieur ainsi que des transats pour profiter du soleil. Manquait aussi des sacs poubelle mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Nous avons également rencontré quelques difficultés pour rentrer au niveau du portail à 2 reprises. Et la climatisation du séjour non fonctionnelle. Très bon séjour pour nous dans tous les cas ❤️
