Note that the standard cleaning and service fee of 350 EUR comes with 6 hours of cleaning during the week and 8 hours cleaning after guests have left (which is why guests generally come on Saturdays after 5 pm and leave before 9 am). Marco will be there 4 times a week for 2 hours taking care of the pool, the gardens and small maintenance matters. The guests can always ask him for extra help with groceries, cooking and driving around.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
