Alfama Deluxe by Homing

La struttura si trova in pieno centro (a pochi passi dalla Cattedrale di Lisbona). L'appartamento è nuovo e piuttosto pulito. La cucina (da noi non utilizzata) è dotata di tutto il necessario. Il check-in è automatico e molto comodo.

Non vi è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in attesa del check-in (che è alle ore 16:00). Ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciarli in un altro posto, che tuttavia si trova a 30 min a piedi dall'appartamento... molto scomodo insomma!

Complete lack of responsiveness from the administrators. Any question you ask results in an automatic (probably AI-generated) response stating that “your request has been elevated” - and then they never get back to you. For example, I never received a reply after sending several emails two months before my stay, so I eventually had to call them myself. Similarly, when I asked - three separate times - about extending the checkout by two hours (two days before departure), instead of a clear yes or no, I was again told that “the request has been elevated”. We never received an answer. Additionally, the cleaning lady was sitting on a large bag directly in front of the apartment door about 20 minutes before checkout, which felt unprofessional and made us uncomfortable.

Estaba muy bien situado. Muy como y amplio para 4 personas. Cerca de todo.

La ubicación está muy bien. El apartamento para dos personas es ideal. Nosotros estuvimos tres personas y la sala estaba desmontada para hacer el sofá, cama. El baño es pequeño pero tiene una ducha amplia.. El edificio está reformado y cuidado

Las almohadas son excesivamente delgadas. Y el colchón del sofá también..

Είχαμε προβλήματα με την χρήση του μπάνιου , κάτι το οποίο το ξύσαμε μόνοι μας διότι το πρόβλημα παρουσιάστηκε το Σάββατο και τα γραφείο που εξυπηρετεί ήταν κλειστό .

Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete, saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in toller Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, jederzeit wieder gern.
