HORRIBLE STAY!! THE STAFF WERE HORRIBLE AND THERE WAS SOO MUCH NOISE I COULD THINK OR SLEEP IN THE ROOM. You hear music, airplanes, the neighbors everything. I checked out the day after because I couldnt sleep. They told me they would give me a refund for some days I had left. I CHECKED OUT 21st of April and now today 02-06-26 I still didn’t received my money. I AM REALLY MAD AND THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL

מלון טוב בלב הצ'אוונג, חדר גדול עם כל הדרוש, בריכה טובה וארוחת בוקר מצוינת.

The location is great. We had access to everything, 7/11, lots of restaurants. We didn’t rent a bike or a car, so it was a big plus that everything is in a walkable distance. The hotel is very strict about the quiet hours, we really liked it, since we came after very busy work trip and wanted to rest.

The reception staff… they were quite rude and not welcoming at all. After coming from Bangkok and meeting only the nicest Thai people, we were quite disappointed by their reception. Also the fact that they are the face of the whole hotel. And it’s not only one receptionist, we came later and there was another receptionist, rude as well. We asked him to fix our WiFi, he said someone will come. No one came. We came again and he yelled that we need to stay in the room while someone comes to fix the WiFi. When? No one showed up in the end. And we didn’t go to the reception after that at all not to ruin our moods and vacation. The rest of the staff were nice, at least during the breakfast or towel people. There is a beach access from the hotel, but it’s a reef area so it is not great for swimming. The water was quite dirty during the day so we were walking from the hotel 600-800 meters and renting sun loungers from other hotels.
