Breakfast was awful. Cutlery was dirty n the staff couldnt make a simple sandwich.

V little choice and basic cleanliness

Totally candid review: it’s exactly what you pay for. It was a budget hotel in a nice area of Bangalore. Staff weren’t very friendly, but when we asked for towels, and toilet roll (that wasn’t already in the room) and more water, it was provided with no issues. We have no idea about breakfast because no one told us about it upon check in, but we did check in at 5am due to our flight. It’s redeeming qualities is the comfy large bed and working A/C!

Horrible staffs in terms of cleanliness and hygiene . Not able to deliver service with minimum requirement. Communication at the front desk is awful . And even worst their breakfast , not as good as they mention in the hotel websites or varieties at the front desk. Never going back!

STAFFS ARE RUDE AND DONT HAVE ANY MANNERS , LITERALY THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS EVEN THE ROOMS WERE NOT CLEAN ENOUGH FRIDGE NOT WORKING 2 LIGHTS WAS NOT WORKING WASHROOM DOOR HANDLES WERE BROKEN TOWELS WERE UNCLEAN ROOM WAS DUSTY EVEN I ASKED FOR EARLY CHECK IN AND THEY TOLD ME ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE BUT WHEN I REACHED THERE ONLY 3 OR 4 ROOMS WERE BOOKED AND THE REST ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE BUT THEY DENIED MY REQUEST FOR EARLY CHECK IN
