Amenities are bare bones but the staff are professional, everything is clean, and it feels safe in and around the area. Stayed in a private room for a couple of days. Room was quite small but ok.One of the most lovely place that I have ever been, price and quality match perfectly and also a good chance to make many friends!The location was perfect. Public transport is right in front of the hotel. They have everything you need. We stayed at a four bedroom on the ground floor. We were pretty happy with it. We felt so welcome. The staff and the people staying there are so nice and funny. We will definitely stay there again at the end of our trip!!

fabulous bath, great views. Lovely lobby and staff. Amazing comfortable bed and pillows. Great sized bathroom with bath that had city views. Fabulous high end toiletries. Small thing but I love having coffee mugs. Very clean and comfortable. Staff excellent

The Room was smelling badly and the staff was rude. Full hotel seems so dirty and unsafe. The worst location. All together pathetic

by a lovely family. The location is only 3km from the IGI Airport, super convenient. The room surprised me, although it is a little tight if you have alot of luggage, the bed is very comfortable, and top grade pillows. The room I booked had a balcony which was nice, a very relaxed vibe as you walk out. As for the bathroom very clean and an interesting set up, the shower heats up quickly and great pressure that soothes the soul. Will stay again next time I'm in this part of town.

Come, after seeing this hotel since spring, you can't imagine that they have decorated the room or the lobby in such a good way, but I felt like the room was very beautiful, the service was equally good. So my other guests also went to Bataunga, the best hotel to stay in Delhi.Very helpful staff, nothing was too hard. Best meal. Had T-bone, this was THE best cooked, tenderest beef. I’ve had. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. All in all a great place.

Water leaking bathroom, poorly maintained floor, pale yellow turned white towels, shaking wash basin, I can go on with long list, better find some other place than this hotel which doesn't even exist, they added their led board to an existing hotel. Oh and food is awful as well.

Ni vigumu kupata kidogo kwa sababu kuna hoteli nyingi ndogo katika eneo hili. Lakini unapokuja kwenye hoteli hii, extradition hapa haikuudhi, kuna vifaa vyenye thamani ya pesa zote, unacholipa unapata hapa kwa uaminifu kamili. Nini kingine ambacho msafiri wa bajeti anataka. Nilihisi vizuri kuja hapa.
