Susie, the hostess, is the ABSOLUTE BEST! She has put a great deal of work into updating this apartment and making it commodious. Her service is above and beyond the call - when we arrived, she offered to pick us up at the train station since there were no cabs available. She also drove us there after our stay. She also made reservations for us at a top-knotch local trattoria with excellent Calabrian food for a pre-fixe price. The apartment is in the new part of Cosenza, about a 15-20 minute walk from the center of the old town. It's the perfect base for exploring both Cosenza and the environs. Breakfast is typical Italian: an espresso maker and breakfast cakes. The kitchen is reasonably well-stocked if you want to cook.

The rooms were nice sizes, the apartment was clean and we had water, juice, butter, milk and pastries left in the kitchen for us

The host took a while to communicate the exact address so we weee wandering the streets at night. When we finally got it, he left a key in the door. Also the outer door to the building was often left open so felt less secure

Awesome hostess. Really friendly. Waited for us because i messed up the check-in time. Big rooms and nice beds. Thank you!!!!

The nice large terrazza. Located in an area within walking distance to the historico district and well as the newer area and walking street. Very nice host.

Small detail, but hand soap in the bathroom as well as dish soap, a sink plug and linens in the kitchen would have been much appreciated.
