Die Wohnung ist ruhig im idyllischen Strand- und Hafenviertel von Porto Maurizio gelegen, zum Meer sind es wenige Schritte. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet. Betten, Matratzen bestens.

Es war alles ok und wie erwartet.

Yes, we met the host directly and he gave us the keys and explained everything. Emanuele is a very lovely host!

It is "complaining" on a very high level, so the possible downsides could be: * It is not calm and quiet, meaning the windows are not soundproof. Many people would need earplugs for the night time * The boiled for warm water is not huge so it is better to shower at different times of the day. Imho it is realistic in the morning to have warm water for two people max

L'appartamento è comodissimo per il mare e per la splendida passeggiata. È molto ben fornito, non manca nulla per cucinare e gli accessori, gli arredamenti e gli elettrodomestici sono tutti nuovi. Emanuele è un gestore preciso e onesto che tiene molto al suo splendido appartamento e fa benissimo!
