"The stay was nice, but I would not stay here again if I were going with my family."

I love the location, the decor, the staff and most of all the ROOM!!!!! It was perfect for a party if 1 and very peaceful. When I turned on the t.v it was very welcoming seeing,”Hello Shana”. Will most definitely book here again my next trip back to Dallas. And it was close to every place I wanted to go even church‼️‼️‼️‼️

The cool blowing from the vent near the bed. I could not turn off the blowers therefore I was not able to rest because of the air blowing in my face

The front desk is hugely under-staffed. The night receptionists seemed very stressed, bothered and borderline angry, sort of avoiding eye contacts. The staff is also under-trained. My reservation from hotels.com was mishandled, leading to my frantic searching, contacting hotels.com when all the time it was mishandled by one receptionist without her informing others. It took me almost an hour to get checked in.
