Très bon emplacement, bon rapport qualité / prix. Chambre très propre, bien équipée. Personnel à l'écoute et serviable.

Le lit n'est pas très confortable, plus précisement, le matelas est dur. Le mitigeur de la douche est incommodant, réglace très capricieux pour obtenir une bonne température stable. Le parking : au fait ce ne sont juste que 2 emplacements à l'extérieure face à l'hôtel et malgré avoir réserver un emplacement cela n'a pas été respecté.

"IMPARATE A TRATTARE I CLIENTI"

Non ho potuto soggiarnare in questo Hotel, sono rimasto bloccato a Marrakech (in viaggio succede) e non mi hanno manco rimborsato, non dico totalmente, ma manco parzialmente la camera. Rispetto 0 per un viaggiatore che (con documentazione annessa) ha avuto un problema serio. Non è così che si gestisce un hotel.
