The home was exceptionally clean and neat. The kitchen is very adequately stocked. The floors are in great condition. Location is fairly close to many activities. Street parking can be tough, but we had no problem finding a spot.

Room is billed as a 2 bedroom, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. The 2 twin beds are actually 2 wooden cots, with wooden slats under a 2 inch mattress. If you weigh less than 80 lbs and don't mind feeling the slats underneath, you'll be comfortable. Neither is suitable for an adult to sleep anywhere near comfortably. We were a party of 3 adults. The couple slept comfortably in the one bedroom, but the other was very uncomfortable, even with doubling up the mattresses on one of the cots. Another minor annoyance was receiving 4-5 messages about the home's rules and check-out procedures. If the second bedroom had adequate beds, I would have rated it 8-9.
