I had a problem of opening blinds on the main bedroom..I had to call the host There was not enough tea or coffee Not enough toilet paper

"It was convinient, but not as comfortable as the pictures suggest."

Convinience and safety.

The hidden damage deposit. The R400 cleaning fee (should be part of the fees) There 2 spoons/2 forks etc... we were 3, and the 2 bedroom unit could host up to 4 people. The ensuite shower was problematic, and mouldy

"Good, cleaners and hots needs to improve on cleaning the apartment. Change pillows, linen and towels"

The location is great,

The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned, duvet cover in the main room had stains, pillows not comfortable, pillows cases not ironed and not clean. Both bathrooms were not clean, towel on the second bathroom was dirty, Hair and roaches everywhere in the apartment. Pots and cutlery not clean. On the second room pillows, duvet cover had stains, bed not comfortable.

"Pleasant, short and sweet"

The location was safe and very close to the mall, so get food was easy. Our host, Bridget was very kind and helpful, and she communicated promptly whenever we had a problem.
