Spacious holiday house with seaview and garden

The house was great, it was spacious, quiet, had everything we needed and it was extremely clean. The greatest part was that the house was pet friendly, and they had a bed out for my dogs and a closed fence in the big garden. Its walking distance to the beach, and the view from the rooms and balcony was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house and would happily return! Our host, Semina, was incredibly friendly, always reachable, attentive, and very accommodating. She truly made us feel welcome and well looked after. The house itself is spacious, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you might need – including air conditioning throughout, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. One of the highlights is the stunning, unobstructed view of the sea – absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing moments at any time of day. The house is located on a small road – not a major one – so while there’s a bit of traffic during the day, it’s very quiet at night. There’s even a garage underneath the house, which was a real bonus: the car stayed cool, and it was very convenient. The location is peaceful and slightly tucked away, ideal for unwinding, yet still very well connected: only about 20 minutes by car to Aegina Town and just 5 minutes to the charming little harbor village of Souvala. A beautiful rocky beach with ladders into the sea is just a 5-minute walk away, as are a supermarket, a gas station, and a lovely beachside taverna with great food and a laid-back atmosphere. Just 2 minutes on foot from the house is a small hotel called Irides, with exceptionally friendly staff – perfect for grabbing a coffee or drink at the bar. The house is perfectly sized for four people, with two bathrooms fully stocked with shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. Semina was kind enough to prepare an additional sleeping space in the living room, which gave us extra flexibility. Overall, it’s a fantastic place –comfortable, beautifully located, with everything you need and breathtaking sea views. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

A wonderful accommodation with a very nice host who helps you with any question you have. The house is equipped with everything you need, 3 minutes from the sea with a gorgeous view, large yard, terrace and 2 minutes away to supermarket.

The villa was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, with amazing views and a fantastic location. Everything we needed was provided, and the facilities were well-equipped. The nearby market, though small, had all the essentials and more. The host was incredibly attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside was not renting a car, so we relied on taxis to get around the island. Although distances to sights, beaches, and archaeological areas were only 10-15 km, taxi expenses added up quickly. Public transport isn’t well managed routes don’t connect conveniently, and bus stops are poorly marked, making buses hard to use. Plus, taxi apps like Uber don’t work here, so we had to call a local taxi company to book rides.

We spent 4 days at Selina's place with our kids and it was a beautiful home. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, including TV, basics like milk, a Nespresso machine with coffee, sugar, and cooking facilities. There were enough towels and a change of bed linen for our entire stay. Despite being a 2-bedroom house, it was very spacious with an incredible view and only a 4-minute walk from the beach. The spacious garden and parking space for the car were a bonus. The air conditioning worked really well in all rooms. We especially enjoyed having breakfast in the veranda overlooking the sea while keeping an eye on the kids. Selina was a lovely host who accommodated us to stay longer than we had originally planned on the day of departure. She even contacted us about some clothes we had left behind and is in the process of arranging to have them shipped to us. I highly recommend staying at Selina's place and look forward to hopefully visiting again in the future. She is an amazing and brilliant host.
