Golden Sea HaLong Hotel

The staff was extremely helpful. They exceeded our expectation in helping us. When we couldn't find a taxi, they offered to take us to our destination with their own car. The rooms were also very comfortable. They have added a smaller extra bed in one of our rooms as there were 3 of us in the room without us having to tell them. They served us breakfast and dinner even when the restaurant was closed and it was during the New year celebrations. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Golden Sea.

There was nothing to dislike.

It was fancy for its price. Very clean and had a good night sleep because it's calm.

It was perfect, there's nothing that i didn't like.

The receptionist helped us a lot. We booked a HaLong Tour with them and it was awesome!! They helped us to take the bus to the airport and even sent a hotel employee to make sure that we got it. The hotel owner was pretty kind as well.

Location of the hotel is aside of Ha Long Bay. If you want to see the Ha Long Bay whole day, just choose sea facing rooms. Rooms are big and clean. You will require English translator apps for communicating with staff. But this is common in Vietnam. The receptionist confused with AM and PM. She said check out time as 12.00 AM.

There was no fridge and a waste bin inside room. There was no breakfast. Card payment was not accepted. Nearest ATMs are 2 km away. So, keep cash before check in.
