Nothing we didn’t like

Το μόνο αρνητικό στο κατάλυμα ήταν ότι στον χώρο της πισίνας υπήρχαν υπερβολικά πολλά μυρμήγκια και το να κάτσεις να χαλαρώσεις εκεί ηταν αδύνατον χωρίς να ανεβαίνουν πάνω σου. Κατά τα άλλα όλα ηταν εξαιρετικά.

C’est une villa absolument merveilleuse: immense, paisible, magnifiquement décorée, très bien équipée, au milieu d’un beau verger et à dix minutes en voiture de Mystras.

The house was absolutely incredible. The furniture was expensive and not your usual Ikea cheap rental stuff. Huge and spacious and many many working AC units.

The location is wrong on booking's site and like other reviews point out, it is not close to mystras center as it proposes but about a 20 minute walk, it is along the highway south of Paroira and right next to Kyniska Palace Conference & Spa. Just so you have an approximation before you book. You can also look the name of the house on Google maps and it should show up accurately. Not sure if the incorrect location is meant as an active deception or not but should be amended nonetheless. Also no one reached out about check in, I had to call the number provided on booking and got the lockbox codes like 10mins before arrival. Easy but not hospitable.

Confi beds, sofa, and all furniture in general. The place is huge, super clean, with great Wi-Fi speed. The interior design is stunning. Indeed, we felt that we were in a quality place. We want to revisit this Villa. Finally, we understood the place is value for money.

The villa has cameras; however, if someone wanted to enter the place, they could do it easily since the parking door cannot be locked. Also, someone from the road could see inside since there are no shutters on the ground floor. The person who was answering the phone could be more communicative.

Was not exactly in Mystra where the map showed on the site.

The building design, size & locations are excellent. We also enjoyed the oranges being grown on the property.

The absence of an ensuite in the largest bedroom, & the lack of toiletries in the main bathroom. Also not having any tea or coffee in the kitchen. The grounds of the property were rather run down.

Modern, great location, and quiet. We had some initial challenges, such as with WiFi but the owner was very responsive. The place is very comfortable. The beds really accommodate three couples and a single on the sofa. We had two couples and three single people so one person stayed elsewhere. Some very nice exercise equipment. Has an espresso pod style machine that works well. Overall it was very spacious.

The second bathroom is on the lowest level rather than the main level or with the bedrooms, which are on the upper level. It's inconvenient. No dishwasher or washer soap.
