Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trascorrere 4 giorni in questa bellissima struttura a due passi dal centro del villaggio, con possibilità di parcheggio (davvero comodissimo). Ci siamo trovati come a casa grazie all’ospitalità deliziosa di Wendy e Clive e ci siamo goduti la campagna inglese che già ci manca. Anche la colazione super! Tutto assolutamente perfetto :)

Everything! Location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the main area. Room was very clean and comfy. Owners were super friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed their freshly cooked breakfast every morning. Most ingredients are from local farmers and taste so good! I highly recommend this B&B.

Lovely location, well maintained very clean family run guest house. Pretty little garden overlooking beautiful countryside. Warm and friendly, really made us feel welcome. Home cooked breakfast included absolutely delicious. Would definitely go back and wholeheartedly recommend.
Bourton on the water as a location is very touristy, especially during the day, which is a shame. However as Meadow Rise Guest House is situated just off the main strip it maintains peace and tranquillity, and a great base to explore the surrounding villages such as Lower Slaughter and Stow. Beautiful walks through the countryside.

"Great place to stay in Bourton-on-the-Water."

It was nice being on the edge of town looking out on pastureland across the road. Very peaceful. Clive, Wendy, and Page, were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were full on and delicious. Meadow Rise is located literally a 5 minute walk to enjoyable restaurants with outside seating, and shops. The day hikes to Lower and Upper Slaughter were peaceful and enjoyable.
It was unseasonally hot for the Cotswolds, close to 90°F. The building is not air-conditioned, but Wendy was so kind to bring us a fan for the room which helped a lot.
