お部屋が広く、バルコニーもあり窓から東寺頑張れ見え最高のロケーションでした。ゆっくりくつろぐ事ができました。家族もうとても喜んでました。

チェックインの時に説明が無く、朝食の時もスタッフの方にスムーズに通してもらえなかったフロントの説明がほぼなかったので、レンタルサイクルもほぼ貸出しで使えなかった。みんなが平等にせっかくあるサービスを受けられるようにしてほしい大浴場の混み具合が部屋のモニターで見れるようになっているが、ずっと空いているになっているが行くと脱衣所が狭い上、混んでいてあてにならない

The pool/sauna area was wonderful, having the bicycles to use was great. Good position for trains - transport options . Nice having the pyjamas, not large sizes though. Thank you to staff very friendly and helpful.
