We had a wonderful stay at El Puerto Hotel Boracay, especially since we were traveling with my senior parents. We stayed in the family room on the ground floor, which was the perfect location—just steps from the beachfront with easy access in and out of the hotel. It made quick strolls outside very convenient for my parents, and the room was easy to spot, which gave us peace of mind since my father sometimes goes out without his phone. The service was exceptional. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping was available upon request for longer stays. The pool and jacuzzi aren’t very large, but they’re more than enough for a relaxing dip after spending time at the beach. The water was pleasantly warm, making it even more enjoyable.

The location is perfect, only a few steps from the beach and very convenient for exploring the area. The staff are kind, approachable, and always ready to help. The only concern we had was that the air conditioning in one of the rooms on the second floor wasn’t working very well and didn’t get very cold. Overall, a very nice and relaxing experience. :)

Friendly staff

The room has only 1 key. If you remove and brings it outside, the ac will be off and the room is hot when you came back.
