Very easy and seamless check in process

Property was as advertised. Clean. Great views.

Clean, comfortable with stunning lake views. Under cover garage parking. Well equipped kitchenette. Cosy fireplace. Easy quick drive to Queenstown centre.

Would not be great if you have mobility issues as LOTS of steps up to the front door.

Fantastic location and views. The modern and cleverly planned living space was very good. Bedrooms and bathrooms comfortably appointed.

It wasn’t as described when we made the booking. There is no exclusive hot tub, barbecue, outdoor furniture or outdoor dining area for this apartment. These facilities are available in a communal area some distance away and reach them involved a total of 52 steps down and up in total. The BBQ and hot tub have to be booked with the manager of the apartment block. The balcony is, in fact, just a pair of sliding doors opening onto the admittedly stunning view (a “Juliet” Balcony), but with nowhere to step out onto let alone sit out. We were disappointed by these matters having had our expectations raised by the descriptions on Booking.com. There were a few points that we could raise about cleanliness, but these might be considered nit picking.

Very good accommodation and met all of our needs. Plus the view was stunning 😍.

TV was a bit difficult to use but not a big deal.
