It’s a beautiful property right next to the beach

The biggest failure for us was the loud music playing until 10.00pm every night. If your going to rest with some peace this isn’t the place it felt like a party for younger people around the pool all night long.Also the place was being run by kids we never saw a manager or a supervisor controlling the young staff and we even noticed them drinking around the bar.

Love this place and we keep coming back. Feels like home, beachfront, pool, food, and relaxing area is one of a kind with coconut trees.

It was beach front and beautiful views.

Was told that there was not a cook available so was not able to order food.

You need to fix your accommodations with booking

The appearance of h to e hotel is very pretty. The ocean view is amazing. The sense of security is also very nice.

What I didn’t like it’s the smell of mildew in the room There is an opportunity to fix things like a ramp for people with disabilities, the front seat was almost impossible to get in touch with because there was not a direct number. I was supposed to host an event and the owner didn’t return my call texts or emails until I had to travel form NY to see the facilities. And once I got there my questions couldn’t be answered. I noticed the pool while looking beautiful had mayor cracks and mold seem to be around the cracks. ( I would never think of jumping in or having my kids go in that pool.) So what’s the point of having a beautiful pool if the proper maintenance is not given to ensure a safe pool to enjoy! The food was so so and the staff was so so. I had to get up and remind a waiter to bring me a glass with ice I had requested. (And we were the only ones at the restaurant) over all the place superficially looks stunning but adding up the service the smells in the rooms, the pool and the food. I rather not stay.
