USUSWhen we arrived the staff was welcoming and helpful. The motel was well lit and easy to find and within walking distance to where we wanted to eat.
There was not a working pool although it was advertised.
USUSUSI wasn't sure what to expect because the price was so reasonable, but I was very happy. Staff was kind, the basic room comfortable, and everything went smoothly.

Hot water was touchy. bath tub did not drain quickly
USUSbigger than expected fridge; large enough freezer to freeze my water bottles that I use in my ice cooler. Neighborhood was quiet with no vagrants hanging around. Pet friendly. Room tiny but clean and everything worked.
Room was extremely small, okay for me, but probably too small for more than one person, or a person wanting to do more than sleep and work at desk. Bed would have likely not fit a person more than 5'8" tall.
