I had an unpleasant experience during my stay at this property due to unprofessional behavior from the front desk manager and a misunderstanding regarding the check-out time. The manager's rude response and lack of proper communication were disappointing and left a negative impression. This experience has made me reconsider staying with this hotel brand in the future. P.S. Despite being a "no prepayment" booking, the property repeatedly demanded advance payment and threatened cancellation, showing unprofessional conduct.

only good thing is restaurant , excellent breakfast and superb kitchen staff..... other than that dont even step in to the property... very pootr electricals , very poor plumbing and disaster washroomg , poor customer service..... new staff who dont know how to handle customer problems..... created a property and has left it to guests to correct it and make it work,,, All experiments at guests costs..... They take 100% advance for number of days and then you hv to be behind them for every service....... First place where SAYAJI QUALITY AND SERVUICE FAILS MISERABLY

facilities while its new is very disappointing. except restaurant everything else was bad. only good is restaurant and super kitchen staff and chef....... in five of rooms hot water geyser does not work proper. you will get hot water only for 5 minutes and then cold water pours while you take bath.. geyser capacity is just 5-7 litres........ flushes r horrible and unclean and full of blockages....... water in bathing area does not go and water floats in bathrooms...staff dont know how to handle it..... swimming pool they dont know how to clean..... .. I have been a regular visitor to sayaji poperties last 10 years ,..... This is worst ever seen ....... customer calls are never answered at nght.. only 2 staff are at night and take 1 hour to come..... good faciltiy but badly maintined- pathetic electrical , plumbing..... GM is never available and we tried to contact him. very elusive and avoids problems....... Only good is super restaurant and excellent food....

Service was excellent, room is very neat and clean, all staffs are co operative and supportive. Food was delicious.
