Across the street there is an open club.almost every note they were doing party’s and the music was extremely loud until 3:00pm.I understand why they have left us ear plugs. Also every one day and a half we didn’t have water. But is was not all the village,it was only us. Then we have to call the owner and he was coming in some hours. In the meantime we have to buy big bolts of water to take a shower or use it in the Toilet.

nobody was there to help us when we got there, no internet in the whole town and have to walk to get a connection the owner asked if a lady came to help in the hotel, they supposed to be a lady nobody there she then called and told me the key was in the door at the room told me there what room number never came the shower didn't work no pillows or sheets she sent those the next day place was dirty and area dirty full of street dogs. I asked for trash bags too. the funniest thing is that the place has pans to cook and don't have a range. I left the hotel and found something else for my family traveling with two kids was very inconvenient. we moved to El regalo hotel all was good

Beautiful cabana with comfortable beds and nice interior.

The place is not very well sound isolated. Earplugs were actually provided and needed.

We couldn’t sleep all night long because over 10 people were partying upstairs. the place comes with ear plugs so I’m sure this is common. there is no staff at all the manage these situations.

Great location to center and beach within walking distance

keys jammed at entrance into property locking doors was a tricky task, everything had to be lined up just so to lock water wouldn’t clear in shower drain one roll of toilet paper for 3 days, no extra stock no Paper towels in kitchen area no tissue paper a blow dryer and Iron would be great

nice cabin with all needed for your stay, just a few blocks from the beach!

you can easily hear the people upstairs and their conversations, so the probably head us too.

it truly felt like a vacation getaway. absolutely loved every minute of it

they didn’t get the electric cooktops installed before renting the apartment. they had all the pot and pans but somehow no electric cooktop. wasn’t the end of the world but would’ve completed the experience.
