ININThe location of the Hotel is nice, calm and peaceful.
No room services, no electric kettle was provided. A/cs were not working for around 5 hours. Rooms were not cleaned for a single time during our 2 night stay. Insufficient cleaning and other service staff..
INComplementary Breakfast , as mentioned in the Facilities is supposed to be anything and everything that may be available . But the same was missing. Then for the adjustment of Food charges they have adjusted only Rs 60/- per head per day-- this is simply not acceptable . The GST component , however small may be, was not adjusted .
Safety & Security -- No fire extinguisher , no Alram was available. The main doors are laocked between 10 pm to 6 Am in the morning. In case of any emergency it is impossible to move out .
GBLocation is excellent, away from hustle and bustle of the town. But they have just started. Two brothers own the property and manage it. Cook is okay for daily need, but couldn't even make chilli fish properly. Breakfast is very basic and everything turns cold by the time it's served on the table.There is no tea/ coffee making facility in the room and dining room is not nearby. It's in another building. Staff is few in number and not properly trained. Now a days lots of hospitality trained boys/ girls can be easily recruited. Reception is empty most of the time. Bathroom needs to be cleaned with professional cleaner. We had lots of mosquitoes in our room on day one and Goodnight bottle was empty. We requested for a refill which was done next day. WiFi is nonexistent. We liked Bishnupur very much. Our local guide Mr Asit Das was kind and had his own motor bike. He is a professional guide registered with Government tourism department and is a knowledgeable guy. His charge is reasonable. We went to terracotta fair and bought some lovely pieces. Local artisans are great, making fantastic art in miniature form. We also bought some silk items. We will return but may choose a different hotel.
Staff shortage. No variety in food. Only basic items available.

Amenities were not adequate vis a vis money. In a complementary breakfast, tea was not included. Even extra poori was chargeable. Tea, coffee and sugar sachet were not available. In short, it was not cost-worthy.
