"Nice Riad But Disappointing Experience With Staff"

Lovely riad. Well furnished and very clean.

Staff weren't very helpful. Through a problem with translation, we didn't get the driver and car we asked for and instead of trying to make up for what was both our faults, we were nickel and dimed for everything from coffee to water. While apologetic, no accommodation was made to split the cost of the mistake. It was our only negative experience in 4 weeks in Morocco.

Het is een prachtige Riad aan het begin van de Panorama route. De kamer is enorm mooi en het eten zalig. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk.

Schöner Swimmingpool und Outdoor Bereich. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut zubereitet. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit auch in Bezug auf Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Leider werden beim Abendessen die einzelnen Gänge viel zu sehr schnell nacheinander serviert.
