This property was dirty and had plates and cutlery out when we arrived. We called up to complain about the mess of the property which included many cobwebs, unclean bathroom, only to be told we needed to leave! We had stayed in another property the week before with another accommodation provider which this person also managed (unbeknown to us) and because we gave a 3 out of 5 for location we were told they would not sort out the issues and we were told to leave. It was too late at night for us to do that and find somewhere else, so we left the next day. We were given a full refund but this is not the point. This person also has put reviews on themselves on properties! Being a Genius Level 3 i dont expect this sort of treatment and Booking. com have been amazing over this - but I would never stay, or recommend a property managed by these people. I have photos but they won't upload saying they are too small.

location, host and facility

The property was ok and I would possibly stay again however I don't ask a lot, I do like at a minimum a comfortable bed and a clean bath. I also felt that the property needed so air through it

Location and communication

Minimal basics such as cleaning products / dishwasher tablets.

Great location, close to everything needed - supermarket, town, train station and it has free parking. Good size rooms, even though it's between a main road and the train line you can hardly hear either from inside. Having a bedroom downstairs is nice to have as my daughter (19) sometimes struggles with stairs due to injury, with the only toilet being downstairs this helps.

The bathroom off the kitchen with that being the only toilet could be a problem overnight with small children.

Cooking facilities, reserved parking spot, comfortable beds, private paved garden area, BBQ available to use, pleasant host.

I only stayed one night and there was nothing significantly negative.
