Wigram sunny quiet home

It was clean and comfortable, the view of the backyard was nice and tidy, the bathroom felt luxurious and was a great price for two nights. The pictures displayed are exactly how the room is and owner was also very lovely.

Spacious and clean.

Felt a bit uneasy with the cameras. There are a lot of rooms with no entry signs and lists to follow along with signage throughout the house. Had a little trouble re-entering the house after 10 pm with the electric door. There were no issues, but we felt it was very different to other accommodations we have stayed in in the city. Further out than we thought.

The accommodation was very clean and tidy, and the house was well-organized. I was extremely satisfied. The kitchen was simple yet perfect for cooking, and it was very clean. The entire house is the landlord’s personal residence, so the decor was great, and I really liked it. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Christchurch.

The instructions were crystal clear for all aspects of our stay, from check-in to use of facilities to checkout. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked.

The recycle bin is difficult to empty; having a removable bag within the bin would make it easier

House is very modern with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen was amazingly well equipped with everything you could possibly desire. We had our own room with our own bath which was nice. Located in a quiet safe neighborhood.

No lock on front door (owner said she was fixing it). Also it was a very hot day and it would have been nice to open all the doors and windows to cool it down.
