USThe host was very helpful!! She helped me with directions to the hotel and also how to navigate the buses in amalfi. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful host. The location was fabulous!

Checkin terrible as had changed lockbox code without letting us know. Even though I had checked on day of arrival the details.hosts very apologetic but was very poor Most of the power points were loose so difficult to attach adapters and get a connection. Very noisey at night until approx 1am. The transport from Naples to Amalfi which was booked through host( at their insistence) was double the normal price and did not need to be booked through them as it turned out.

No hot water for our entire stay and no air conditioning as booked. It was very hot and stuffy. The city view consisted of looking onto a brick wall! The desk staff were unhelpful. I should be entitled to some form of reimbursement. Is a refund possible.
AUAmazing view and location. Fantastic water pressure in the shower- this can make or break a holiday! Absolutely everything (except coffee/tea making) was available at the property. Luisa went above and beyond to be helpful.
I don’t know if there’s anyway of getting around those steep stairs… the washing machine was antiquated and took some research and effort on Luisa’s part to get appropriate instructions to me. From the listing, I’d assumed catching up with some washing would be no issue but ended up eating up some precious holiday time. Having said that, Luisa’s efforts to help out were amazing.
