No house keeping or change of towels
ZAThe hosts had no record of our booking - and stated they had received no notification from booking.com. They were able to offer us a more expensive room than the one we had booked, the room we had booked was not available. The accommodation was deficient in the following: front door did not lock; bedside lights did not work, insect netting on door was torn (consequently, ineffectually); wifi did not work. Hosts required payment by EFT and once made - said they had no record of payment. (my own bank account reflects that they received payment on the 15 September)

We were forced to park our car very far from our chalet. No aircon and it was hot. They don’t change linen nd towels, we were not informed to use the swimming pool

NLWe had a lovely stay at Wild and water Dinokeng! Staff were very friendly and the house was clean. Everything was there to have an enjoyable holiday. Sitting outside watching the animals come to the pond for a drink was amazing
