Happy Mark Suites Rooms

The rooms were quite spacious and fairly neat. The food was also very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall stay was great value for money.

There were a lot of in room facilities that were mentioned against the property but very little was available. There were no room slippers, no electric kettle, iron as was mentioned in the facilities provided. The cable TV was also not functional.

Staff behaviour was very nice..

It's more like a PG than 3* Hotel.

The beds were comfortable but the sheets and pillows had a few stains on them.

Had three rooms between 5 people, one room had hot water in the shower, another just had cold and the third had no water at all. Wifi also was not working and rooms were not well cleaned. The beds were comfortable but the sheets and pillows had a few stains on them. Sockets were not screwed properly into the wall and electrical wires were exposed. Glad we were only here for one night. Photos on the website were not an accurate representation of the comfort level of the rooms.

Everything thing was broken, even light switches, water heaters in bathroom, even water boiling kettle . Bad bad bad and bad. Please refrain from booking
