Most Oliva Resort Budva

Beautiful view, very kind and helpful staff, nice and cosy swimming pool which we had mostly just for ourselves, location is close to Budva and Sveti Stefan, so if you want to see it but don't want to stay in the city itself it is a perfect place. We also loved the kittens 🐈

The location of the apartment is truly beautiful – up in the hills with a stunning view over the landscape. If you are looking for peace and nature, this place is ideal. The host is a kind and responsive person who genuinely wants guests to feel welcome – we appreciated her care and efforts throughout our stay.

At the same time, there are some areas where the apartment could be improved to make guests’ stay more comfortable – especially for those planning to stay longer or cook at home. For example, there was only one indoor chair (for a 4-person apartment), and while there were outdoor chairs on the veranda, there was no shade above the balcony – making it almost unusable during the daytime due to the heat. The apartment lacked some basic items necessary for everyday life – for instance, there were not enough kitchen utensils, towels, or bed linen when we arrived, and we had to ask the host several times to provide them. There was no clear instruction about basic things like how to take out the trash. These are small but important details that really make a difference in the experience. Also, the bathroom needs some attention – the toilet flushed with a splash every time, which was unpleasant, and the shower was clogged, so we had to call a plumber on the first day. Lastly, the fridge was very small – more like a minibar – so storing food for a longer stay was difficult. It would be great if the apartment were equipped with a proper fridge and more kitchen essentials to support guests who want to cook and stay for more than a few days. Overall, the place has potential thanks to its location and the host’s dedication, but a few upgrades and better preparation would really improve the overall experience.

Location, view, rooms and garden with pool were wonderful

We had an amazing stay at this peaceful, green hideaway in Montenegro! The location is wonderfully quiet and surrounded by nature – perfect for a truly relaxing holiday. We especially loved having access to a private pool at all times, which made the experience feel extra special. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the apartment is ideally located for exploring all the nearby attractions. The sea is also just a short drive away. The views are lovely, and we adored the local cats wandering around – so well taken care of by the hosts! A perfect spot to unwind, recharge, and enjoy a stress-free vacation. Highly recommended!

The bathroom floor is poorly designed. During a shower, water spreads across the entire bathroom due to an insufficient slope.

Resort ma potencjał, pięknie położony, ogród, basen,architektura- duży atut. Pomocny personel.

Mnóstwo niedoróbek, słabe wyposażenie,brakuje naprawdę podstawowych i tanich rzeczy... Szkoda, bo bardzo psuje to wrażenie.

Ганні апартаменти, фото на сайті відповідають дійсності . Ми приїхали на початок сезону, без машини краще сюди не їхати.

Кухня не доукомплектлвана, не вистачало мікрохвильової печі, маленький холодильник . Але це не псувало гарному настрою.
