The property and customer service of booking.com because they have never informed the customer that tha property does't except local id and for that reason booking was not succesfull because property has deined þhe entry nd local id

"Not at all good for stay."

Services very poor, No TV in working condition, Lot of mosquitoes, very bad cleaning.

Nothing.

The staff over phone refused the booking and said until the tarriff is paid (to be paid in full) in advance, the booking is not confirmed from their side. So, I had to go for another hotel and luckily it was good.
