PTA oferta falava em cozinha mas ao chegar precebi que os proprietários viviam na casa e não foi disponibilizada a cozinha… Ao chegar a proprietária perguntou quanto paguei e ainda deu a entender que devia pagar o dobro, mas como é óbvio não o fiz mas senti-me um pouco incomodada pois paguei o k me foi pedido pela aplicação, se não estão satisfeitos deviam aumentar o preço na aplicação, e não dizer-me que devia cancelar a estadia. Foi estranho!…

The location address on booking.com is incorrect. And we annoyingly we spent half a day walking and looking for this place in the hot sun. We tried to call the owner but because they didn’t speak English they hung up on us. When we finally found the place, the lady was asking us for more money even though we had paid in full. She then asked us for money a second time at 8pm in the evening when we were leaving to go out and get some food. We had to explain that the payment had been made in full through booking.com and show here the receipt. There weren’t any pots and pans to cook with in the kitchen. It was very basic. I messaged the host in Portuguese asking for some pots to cook with and she didn’t respond. We couldn’t cook our food.
