Beautiful spacious modern property. It has everything you will need. Very clean and a lovely back garden for if your as lucky as us to get beautiful weather 😄

I felt a little unsafe walking to this property. It is in a badly lit area. I checked out in the first few days and moved elsewhere because the bathroom was not clean and I didn’t feel alright with the shared bathroom set up.

Immaculately presented property. Good communication from host. This was a terrific place to stay, home away from home, for out three days in Waterford. Close to amenities and Tesco. Also close to takeaway and a good pub - however not serving food at the moment. We were able to do a load of washing which was very much appreciated. Wifi worked well and good selection of streaming services. The home has a security alarm, which was easy to manage with the instructions provided. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again if in Waterford.

We are 65 and the stairs are steep, however we managed. It was just a little tricky getting a heavy suitcase up the stairs. The dinner plates are quite big and don't fit in the microwave - this is a quibble and we managed to solve the problem of course. The oven is very efficient - be aware you need to keep an eye out so you don't burn things.
