Access: It was down a narrow grubby alley then through an awkward door, up grubby stairs. Both doors were a bit rough. At night there was no light in the alley. that is poor. Unsafe
IEHuge space and very comfortable, had everything we needed.
NLExceeded all expectations and was a perfect fit for my family of 7, with kids aged 1, 10, 11, 12, 17. Customer service was exceptional as well with clear instructions for check-in, check-out,as well as great insight for parking. Location perfect for enjoying Old Town and Lincoln Park (with beach access).

More kitchenware's like dish/spoon... Should be in proportion to the beds (numbers of people stay)
USClose proximity to public transportation and amenities we needed through the week. Also spacious and quiet for family members that needed to dial into work. Great places to eat out close by. Easy access to Lincoln Park and other parts of city we were visiting.
Outside light by entrance was not working.
USKitchen was good could use some dish towels, rooms were nice size.
On the 3rd floor no elevator not for older people or anyone with health issues. Was definitely not remodeled other than the kitchen. Bathroom fixtures were from the 70’s or older same with the bedrooms. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable they were just a bed frame with mattress on them set very low to ground. Toilets set very low to ground also like I already said from 70’s maybe 50’s.
