Chic and Airy Apartment

It was nice and spacious!!

On arrival it was up 3 flights to stairs and no lift but wasn’t a problem, just annoying. The place wasn’t very clean, everything was covered in dust, hair by the mirror in the bathroom! I know it’s not the owners fault but could have checked everything was all good ready for our stay. I also had someone go into my car in the car park!! Apparently there’s not cctv. Didn’t respond when I asked if I could send photos regarding the mess. I was also here with my 4 month old so had to re clean. There was no hover but I had brought some Milton tablets so used them and a towel to clean the floor…

The apartment is very modern and well appointed. It was spotlessly clean. It is very comfortable and has nice views. Parking was good. It is located within walking distance of the town centre.

Nothing really to not like. However, it's on the 3rd floor, so you need to be reasonably fit to climb the stairs.

Would have liked more information about access info to look at earlier, I’m not comfortable about getting it 30 mins before when by definition you are on route. There was also a bleep from a lorry near by all Friday evening, night and morning and the lovely lady who looked after the apartment found some ear plugs for us and also tracked and stopped the noise. Also would have liked more air in the bedroom but I understand that the blind arrangement is work in progress, we did not want to disturb the interim arrangement.

Apartment was clean and tidy, fine for an overnight stopover but not for a long stay. Parking was fine in numbered parking space. Instructions from host was clear and timely.

Located in an industrial estate so not much around to walk to easily. Apartment was up six flights of stairs to get to the top floor, bathroom tap was wobbly and fridge tipped forward if you overloaded the door - bath towels were small and shower had low pressure and it took ages to run a bath.

The apartment is a 20-minute walk from the center and just near a railwaystation. The apartment is very spacious and neat and lacks almost nothing. The parking space is a real plus, although it is narrow. Instructions upon arrival are very clear. The bedroom is very nice and spacious with good beds.

The apartment is located on a fairly busy road and opposite a garage. With closed windows there is not much noise, but with the windows open (necessary in the summer) you do have noise pollution. However earplugs are available for the night. A number of points for improvement would be air conditioning (that is a real plus because the windows can remain closed) and a boiler with more power, in addition, a light that you can dim would create a more cozy atmosphere in the living room.

Clean, easy to find, and a lot of space!

The bathroom is clean and really good. Water pressure is a bit slow, but I am not sure if it can be fixed! Also, air conditioning would be a good option for the summer, there is no window in the bedroom and it is really hot inside it.
