High Garden Grand Hotel

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones limpias, tranquilidad y hermoso vista hacia el lago

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en general. Muy cerca caminando del Malecón, Zona Dorada, restaurantes, tiendas, cafeterías, etc Solo una observación: mejorar las amenidades para los huéspedes en la habitación.

Hotel serca de los lugares de recreación muy bien rn ubicado y lugar seguro lo recomiendo

Es un hotel, que se encuentra en muy buena ubicación, sus instalaciones son excelentes área de alberca muy bien y totalmente limpio, buena atención, son de los hoteles más nuevos en mazatlán

I was really excited to stay at this new hotel, however it was an ok experience. When checking in, there were so many teenagers in the lobby, not sure if there was an event, but the staff was clearly overwhelmed and not attentive. I had to get the staffs attention to be checked in, despite no one being in front of me. Their system was down, so they were not able to check me in right away. There was no apology for the wait, or complimentary beverage at the bar. They do have a bar, but no one was attending it. The elevators take forever to open and close. It was super congested that weekend with teenagers, they would run down the hallways, knock on doors and it seemed no one was monitoring the noise. With that said, you can hear everything in the rooms from the hallway and outside. I booked a room on the side of the pool, but was not accommodated and was provided a room toward the street which in the mornings gets super hot and bright. The last night I stayed there the bedsheets were not changed and when checking out they told me there were two pillows missing, which was not true, all the pillows were in the room. It was an alright experience, but honestly i had more expectations for a new hotel
