La ubicación es excelente, a pasos de la Estación de buses, del mar y del centro. Todo muy limpio y cuidado con un diseño cálido y práctico a la vez.

Very close to the station and convenient. Nearby shops were open until late at night. The room was large and easy to use. On the first day, I arrived at night, but I couldn't find it even if I searched on Google, so I wandered around for about an hour. I communicated with the owner on WhatsApp, It was difficult because I am not fluent in English. However, he taught me politely until I found it.

There is an elevator, but it goes up to the 4th floor, and there are stairs up to the 5th floor. It was difficult to carry two large suitcases by myself.

Comfortable, everything nice as on the pictures, good value for money

One of the lifts is a bit scary, luckily there is another one. Could do with a small frying pan, otherwise kitchen was well equipped

An airy, light, well-appointed room. Only 25 meters, but it gives the impression of space, a the layout is very efficient. The location is really excellent, 5 minutes walk from the Central Station and the Bus Station, 10 minutes walk to Piazza Oberdan. In spite of the very busy street, we didn't hear the slightest bit of traffic noise, even with windows open. I especially liked the shower! A pleasant and helpful couple, Federico and Giulia, were our hosts.
